毎日寒いですね～。(´ロ｀；)
なぜこんな寒い時期にブログのタイトルが「新じゃが」なのかというと、これ、いわゆる秋じゃがですが、全部一気に掘り取らずに必要な量だけ徐々に掘り取っているんです。
だから、この時期なのに新じゃがが食べられるんです！
しかも低温貯蔵でデンプン質が糖にかわってきているのでしょう、秋よりも甘いです！
品種はデジマなんですが、煮物にもポテトサラダにもいいですし、フライドポテトにしたら、マジうまでした！ (*´∀`)ﾉ
